Shopping Basics

Very simple! You choose an item that you like, and place an order. The price you pay includes everything. We will then have it shipped directly to your house!

Most items take between 3 to 4 weeks to arrive. In some cases it will be a little early, and in some a little late, but we will do everything we can to speed up the process. When in doubt, or if you wish to get an update — contact us!

Payments

You may pay with any credit card or with PayPal.

You turn to us! We are here to help you with everything you need, and every question you have. Our staff speaks Hebrew, English and Russian.

Of course! Every item comes with a warranty that is specified in the description. In the case you require a service under warranty, you can contact us and we will guide you through the process.

Shipping & Returns

Depends. Some items (like furniture) are a special order and cannot be returned. Other items can, under the appropriate circumstances: if the item was not opened, was not used, in the original packaging, and without defects. In any case it is always recommended to contact us, and we promise we will do our best to keep you happy and satisfied.

No, you will get an English invoice from the supplier \ manufacturer abroad.

We prefer you to place an order through the website. If you have a specific difficulty you may write to us and we will get back to you in order to solve everything.

Yes. All the products are brand new and came directly from the manufacturer.

Most items will arrive to you already assembled. Some are not, and in that case the prices do not include assembly. We will gladly recommend a professional person to do the work for you (for a reasonable fee).
